Plastic Granulator
Rigid welded steel structure is used for casing. Split block structure is applied to the plastic granulator, making it convenient to clean and remove the blades and maintain the machine. The structure of blade roller can be changed according to different crushing materials. Optional air conveying collecting units and sound-proofed execution are available according to your requirements. The plastic granulator is suitable for crushing pouring head, pipe, sheet, film, nylon, rubber, plastic bottle and big drainage opening materials.

Cascade cutters have higher efficiency for crushing; "claw" typed cutting tools reduce cutting force but increase crushing ability. Thus it is especially suitable for those hard and flexible materials such as nylon and engineering plastics.
Modile screen mesh is easy to install or disassemble for cleaning and changing colors.
Before and behind the machine box there is sound-insulating layers to minimize the influence of noised to the environment.
Double sealing devices are set in the crushing chamber and cutters are closely matched to prevent powder from lesding into the bearing block so as to protect the motor from overloading.
There is a protective switch at the feeding cup to secure operators' safety. From PC3250, water-cooling structure and wind driven collection are both available for installation if they are ordered.
